Mrs. Medvetskaya has started In a series
of ballet productions In Tbilisi including
"Swan Lake", "Don Quixote", "Carmen",
"Giselle" and has worked with such world
famous directors as Alexander Plesetsky
and Mikhail Lavrovsky''s production of
"Porgy and Bess"
Marina Medvetskaya founded
"Saint-Petersburg ballet" with the goal
of making ballet available to winder
audiences.
The company has already received
the prestigious "Amber Necklace"
award at Kaliningrad festival In 1999.
